All workshops are presented by volunteers with professional expertise in the subject area.

Support a Girls with Goals Workshop

KidSpace at KleinLife: Northeast Philadelphia is an after-school enrichment program for children in grades K-8. We provide a safe and nurturing environment designed to stimulate our students' social, cultural, educational, and recreational needs. After-school activities include gym games and sports, art, baking, swim, Zumba, and more. Homework Help is offered by certified school teachers after school Monday-Thursday giving students the opportunity to receive help and/or complete daily homework assignments.

Support KidSpace After School Program

Ride Club is our first Watershed Trailblazers level. It is a four-week after-school program that enables youth ages 8-18 to explore Philadelphia by bike! Through group rides, youth explore natural, historic, and artistic spaces in West Philadelphia. Ride Club emphasizes bike safety and rules of the road, along with the joys of bicycle adventure.

Support Ride Club

In our Earn-A-Bike class youth learn the basics of bike repair and maintenance by fixing up a bike that has been donated to Neighborhood Bike Works. At Earn-A-Bike graduation, students are able to keep the bike they've refurbished and they can also bring home a lock and helmet. Additionally, the class includes lessons on safe urban riding, health, and nutrition.

COSACOSA brings Philadelphia neighborhoods together through art events where people can showcase their art, listen to local musicians, and watch dance performances.

Sponsor Community Art Event

The program is for ages 9-13 and focuses on poetry with a different theme each week. A look at everyday life will find the hidden poetry in and around the beautiful Shofuso Japanese House and Garden. Participants will create a portfolio of photo and poetry work.
