Outdoor Explorers is a therapeutic recreation program designed for young adults with intellectual and physical developmental disabilities. Through this program, “explorers” engage in active outdoor activities in a safe, supportive manner while practicing social skills, self-care and gaining an appreciation of nature. Through experiential learning with our certified recreation therapist and interns, small groups of explorers meet weekly at Candlelight Ranch and community parks.

MusiCommunity provides exciting, year-round music programming in critical out-of-school hours at accessible community locations while also providing youth with connection to essential resources. Exodus House serves mothers from all ethnic backgrounds who have demonstrated a willingness to make positive changes in their life. These women are dealing with the residual pain of having been separated from their children for a long period of time and do not have the immediate financial resources to sustain their families. Exodus helps them and their families to become productive members of society by serving their spiritual and physical needs. Our Elevate Dallas students always look forward to spending time and having fun with children.
