At Boston Project Ministries we believe it's important to give our youth experiences in and outside of the community. Exposure to different opportunities and places helps our youth to know they can be whoever and go wherever they feel led! Our frequency and determinant of field trips relies on our ability to get to a place by transit. If the place is inaccessible by bus or by train, we often can't go! Help fund our BP Van
Goal: $1,000
Education
At Boston Project Ministries, most of our youth pay their own way through college! Help us support our First Year College Students with a gift that helps them focus on adjusting to College without having to stress about money!
Goal: $500
We want to invest more in our Middle School Youth Programs! This stipend helps fund and support our middle school outings, field trips and leadership activities! Thank you for investing in our youth!
Goal: $400
Training
LevelUP is our Mentorship Program for Youth. Each youth sets a SMART Goal for themselves at the beginning of the year and their mentor helps them work to achieve that goal. SMART Goals stand for Specific Measurable Achievable Relevant Time-bound. Help sponsor one of our mentees by investing in their goals!
Goal: $200
Events
Boston Project Ministries partners with Young Life and every year we encourage youth to apply for their summer camp. Young Life is our ministry to students in high school (9-12th grade). We are building communities where students are seen, known and loved - by their leaders, by one another and by Jesus. After being away at YL Camp for a week, our youth always come back with higher energy, more awareness of their leadership and their influence to be God's love to others and receive it! Help sponsor one of our youth for YL Camp!
Goal: $150
During the Summer, we run six Youth Programs and one Elementary program (Mental Health Ambassadors, Mental Health Pioneers, Artist in Action, Healthy Youth Champs, Sisterhood, Brotherhood and Elmhurst Park Program). We split snacks amongst these seven programs but as you might assume, they run out QUICK! Help fund one snack week of our Summer (6 weeks total)!
